A Christian evangelist and founder of the Ashley Down Orphanage in Bristol, England, Müller cared for thousands of orphans, yet he never once asked for financial support from people. Instead, he relied solely on prayer and God’s divine provision. His life was a remarkable example of what it means to truly live by faith.The Morning Without Breakfast – A Miraculous Provision One of the most famous stories from George Müller's ministry occurred one morning when the orphanage had completely run out of food. There was nothing to feed the hundreds of children under his care. The milkman, unable to fix the wheel before the milk spoiled, offered all the milk to the orphans for free.That morning, every child had more than enough to eat—bread and fresh milk—all without a single request for food from anyone but God.Faith That Moves Mountains This incredible story is just one of the many instances where Müller saw God's miraculous provision through prayer.
